- Please contact us first to authorize a return.  We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of order. 
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition.  
- Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- All exchanges or refunds must be accompanied by original or copy of receipt and are processed upon receipt of return.
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping.
- All returns must be made within 30 days.
- No refunds on custom orders.

Most items ship within 24-48 hours. DUE TO COVID 19, THERE MAY BE A DELAY FOR MOST MANUFACTURED ORDERS ITEMS. WE WILL COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS IT IS POSSIBLE.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE. SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER, WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  WE ARE HANDING OFF PACKAGES TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIERS AS SAFELY AND QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.  MOST WILL ARRIVE ON TIME, BUT SOME ORDERS MAY BE AFFECTED BY NATIONWIDE SHIPPING.  Most orders are sent via Canada Post, larger order are sent via Canada Post, we choose the shipping method for your order.  Please include your mailing address and physical address on the order form page during check out. Shipping charges are based on your order total. You will be notified if additional charges are incurred. 

Express Shipping
Shipping can be expedited through the use of Canada Post Xpress Post, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day delivery for an additional charge. Please call/email for express shipping rates to your destination.
